Aman with 2nd and 1st degree burn over his face and neck Treatment:

  • wash,cover all burns with Silver sulfadiazine,cover with sterile gauze

  • give IV fluid, antibiotic and tetanus toxoid and discharge home with daily dressing

  • cover burn with Silver sulfadiazine, sterile gauze, oral fluid, and discharge home

  • Silver sulfadiazine, sterile gauze, IV fluid and admit to hospital
