We designed these CBT Tests and practice questions with the help of experienced practice nurses and clinical skills nurses in the UK. If you follow the multiple-choice questions bank that we provide here will help you to pass the CBT test in the first attempt.


NOTE: This is a “mock” test based on some of the references given in the NMC BluePrint. The test covers 4 Domains and 1 field-specific competency relating to your specialism – in this case, ‘Adult Nursing’. The questions provided are only a guide, individuals should review all study material and modules provided in OVC Recruitment CBT guide.


The CBT is multiple choice and can take at a Pearson VUE test centre available in most countries around the world.


You can access our main site and visit the link that will assist you in registering for (NMC UK). The exam lasts for 240 minutes (4 hours) giving the candidate enough time to answer questions re-read and double-check each answer before submitting the exam paper.


Candidates will get a short tutorial on how to use the computer before starting the examination. The CBT comprises 120 multiple-choice questions.


All questions scored as correct or incorrect, and there is no partial credit. A small number of questions will not be scored as they are pre-test questions; these questions will not indicate to candidates.
